We refinanced with Great American Mortgage Company. Also trusted EVERYONE WORD, which loan officer, Chad Buchanan, has told to us. I know, it was our first error. I know it now.
To me have told that I interst the rate was going to be 7.75 %, has fixed 2 days before to be closed and has learned 2 months later that it were 10.125 % on adjusted!!!!! We never received copies of our credit, and I have tried to contact Chad, and it won't return my requirements.
At first, he has told to us that the estimation was too low to make the credit, but he wanted to make other estimation, and 10 days later it had one for 24 k more! I ask him on it, and he has told that the first appraiser didn't know that it did. Now we should more than that our house costs!
This company lay to me from the beginning, and Chad will still not accept my calls. It has destroyed our finance within many next years. I don't know, how someone can make it to the person.
